Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC (Approx. 26,000 Take Home)

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts
Provide accurate information and timely solutions
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality
Maintain customer records and update details in the system
Document all customer interactions in CRM or internal tools
Work closely with team members to achieve performance and service targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of regional languages (Kannada / Hindi / Tamil) is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and dynamic work schedules
