Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Meet defined performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Adapt to rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Undergraduate candidates with minimum 6 months BPO experience can apply
  • Graduate freshers are also welcome
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational offs
  • Strong customer service orientation
