This is a full-time role as a BPO - Customer Support Specialist. - Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver high-quality service consistently
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building with customers
- Proficiency in Technical Support to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in handling communication tools and CRM software is a plus
- Experience in a similar customer support or BPO role is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required, and bilingual or multilingual capabilities are an added advantage
