Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO - Associate at Voxmerge's Pune office. The Associate will handle customer interactions, respond to inquiries accurately, provide real-time solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery. The role involves data entry, process documentation, and following quality guidelines. Collaboration with team members to ensure sustained service quality and meeting performance metrics is also an integral part of this role.

• Experience in data entry, documentation, and process management
