Dr. Anand Mani Residential Coaching is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Botany Faculty (NEET UG) to join our academic team. This role involves working closely with students, guiding them academically, and ensuring they receive the highest quality support throughout their preparation journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Botany Faculty, specifically dedicated to preparing students for NEET UG. Located in Noida, the role requires conducting live classes, designing and delivering high-quality botany study materials, developing and updating NEET syllabus-aligned content, and mentoring students to enhance their understanding of botany concepts. The individual is also responsible for developing interactive teaching methodologies and clearing students doubts to ensure their academic success.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Botany, with a focus on the NEET UG syllabus.
• Skills in designing effective instructional materials, including development of notes, tests, and interactive lessons.
• Well-versed in leveraging or delivering online and offline teaching tools, along with classroom management proficiency.
• Proficiency in communication, doubt resolution, and personalized mentoring to guide students toward their academic goals.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in NEET UG preparation, is a strong advantage.
• Postgraduate degree in Botany or a related field (Ph.D. preferred but not required).
