Job Description

Implement digital building strategy and smart building frameworks across portfolio
Oversee onboarding of buildings to BOS platform including data ontology mapping and validation
Integrate BMS, IoT devices, HVAC, lighting, and fire systems with cloud platforms
Analyze real-time building data to identify inefficiencies and improve energy performance
Manage system enhancement projects and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for upgrades and fixes
Ensure cybersecurity compliance for all connected OT/IT building systems
Act as escalation point for BOS integration issues and ensure system uptime and reliability
Maintain and audit digital asset inventory including hardware, software, and licensing
Support troubleshooting of building automation and connectivity issues
Prepare technical reports and dashboards for operational decision-making
