BI Reporting Analyst - Wholesale Business

Key Responsibilities

• Connect to Greenplum DWH using tools like DBeaver or similar
• Prepare adhoc and scheduled reports for wholesale business performance interconnect revenues carrier traffic analysis and partnership metrics
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI Tableau or MicroStrategy
• Collaborate with Wholesale Sales Finance and Operations teams to identify and fulfill reporting needs
• Analyze large volumes of data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data anomalies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Business Analytics Information Technology or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom wholesale domain
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BI tools Power BI Tableau MicroStrategy
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with Greenplum or other big data environments
• Good understanding of wholesale KPIs carrier relations and revenue models
• Strong attention to detail problem solving and communication skills
