Role: Borescope Inspection Engineers
Salary - 45,000 to 67,000 per year
Location: Lithuania and Estonia
About The Role
Chevron Recruitment is seeking an experienced #Borescope Engineer to join a fast- growing, agile mobile borescope inspection team. In this role, you will support high- quality engine inspection services across EMEA, with the potential to travel to additional global regions as the business continues to expand.
You will contribute to the development of next-generation, digitised BSI turnkey solutions for Lessors and MROs, with a pathway toward supporting maintenance shop activities as the organisation broadens its service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed borescope inspections on- and off-wing for aircraft.
- Prepare comprehensive condition reports
- Manage inspection preparation and on-site customer communication
- Liaise with OEM technical teams to progress inspection findings
- Issue Form 1 certificates upon completing each inspection
- Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager
- Work independently for extended periods while deployed away from home/base
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage customer relationships both on-site and remotely
- Solid technical understanding of civil aero-engine platforms
- Ability to manage complex customer discussions in person and online
- Professional demeanor when representing the company to key client accounts
- In-depth knowledge of CAA/ FAA/ EASA regulations relating to engine
inspections.
- Full driving license and valid passport
- Willingness to travel extensively
Desirable Skills & Experience
Extensive experience or approvals on engine types such as CFM56, V2500, LEAP1A/ LEAP1B, PW1000
- Experience preparing detailed inspection condition reports
- Strong PC skills and familiarity with modern reporting tools
- Prior experience working away from base within a Part145 technical environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in next-generation borescope equipment and inspection techniques
- Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (supporting training certificates required)
- CAA & EASA B1 Licence preferred but not essential
- Up-to-date competencies, including Human Factors
- Recognised and current borescope approval
