Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our Australian clients. This full-time position based in India requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience in handling accounts for international clients.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records for Australian clients
Prepare and process invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies
Assist with monthly closing processes and audits

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
