Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Booking Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Booking Coordinator will handle daily booking operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely schedule management for shipments. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating with team members to optimize booking processes, and addressing any booking-related inquiries or concerns to meet customer needs efficiently. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and build positive relationships with clients.
• Sales and Training skills to support customer onboarding and promote service offerings effectively.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage booking schedules, documentation, and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an onsite role.
• Relevant experience in the logistics or transportation sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with logistics management software is preferred.
