Position: Literature Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$20$40/hour
Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic literature prompts for textual analysis, thematic interpretation, and genre comparison.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for interpretive depth and cultural nuance.
- Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for complex literary questions.
- Create controlled prompt variations to test subtle differences in genre and narrative perspective.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving misinterpretation or culturally inconsistent readings.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of sustained engagement with literature as a hobby or scholarly pursuit.
- Active participation in literary discourse in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong familiarity with literary terminology and culturally specific literary movements.
- Ability to articulate nuanced textual analysis clearly in the target language.
- Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
