Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Guard, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the flexibility to work from home for certain responsibilities. The Guard will be responsible for ensuring physical security of the Director, monitoring and addressing security risks, managing access controls for personnel and visitors, and promptly addressing any incidents. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external security providers while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security
• Ex Army / Law Enforcement / NSG
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with team members and visitors
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service to handle inquiries and provide a welcoming environment
• Attention to detail, ability to think critically, and aptitude for risk assessment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Availability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for remote tasks
