Provide remote escalated technical support to installers and customers.
Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning assistance as needed.
Participate in all related programs & activities as required. This includes incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment.
Support site BMS team by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
