Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in blockchain development and smart contract programming.

- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and protocols like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Bitcoin.
- Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development.
- Familiarity with cryptography and security principles in blockchain.
- Knowledge of distributed ledger technology (DLT) and consensus algorithms.
- Ability to work with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
