Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Analyst & Developer with 7+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in blockchain

technologies. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding, implementation, and enhancement of blockchain solutions, including stablecoins

and tokens, within enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Implement onboarding of new blockchains, stablecoins, and tokens into the platform.

Enable audit routines, testing, maintenance, and ongoing support for blockchain integrations.

Enhance and optimize existing blockchain networks, tokens, and stablecoin frameworks.

Work on automation and standardization of blockchain node onboarding processes.

Reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency in onboarding new blockchain nodes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build bespoke blockchain use cases.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of blockchain solutions.

Provide technical troubleshooting and support for blockchain-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development, with strong exposure to blockchain technologies.

Hands-on experience in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.

Experience with smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent).

Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.

Experience in blockchain node setup, integration, and maintenance.

Knowledge of stablecoins, tokens, and digital assets ecosystem.

Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Experience in enterprise blockchain implementations.

Exposure to COINIA platform or similar digital asset platforms.

Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting.

Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects in blockchain.
