Job Description:
What you will be doing:
- As a , your primary role is to design, develop, and manage enterprise application integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server.
- Develop integration solutions using BizTalk Server artifacts: schemas (XSD), maps (XSLT), orchestrations, pipelines, and adapters.
- Design and build message flows between systems using XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, and EDI formats.
- Create custom pipeline components, functoids, and .NET helper classes when needed.
- Integrate on-premise systems (ERP, CRM, databases) and cloud-based applications (Azure, Salesforce, etc.).
- Work with various adapters (WCF, File, FTP, HTTP, SQL, SAP, etc.) to enable connectivity with external/internal systems.
- Package and deploy BizTalk applications using BTDF (BizTalk Deployment Framework), PowerShell, or manual deployment.
- Configure host instances, ports, send/receive locations, and bindings.
- Monitor BizTalk applications using BizTalk Admin Console, Event Viewer, and tracking tools.
- Debug and resolve errors in message processing, orchestration failures, and adapter issues.
- Implement logging and exception handling using BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) or custom solutions.
- Analyze and optimize performance of BizTalk orchestrations, message throughput, and database interactions.
- Tune settings related to message throttling, orchestration dehydration, and database cleanup jobs.
- Document integration design, mappings, and support procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and security practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
What we are looking for :
- At least 8+ Years of experience in Biz Talk Integration
- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Strong experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013, 2016, 2020 or Azure Integration hybrid).
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, WCF, and .NET (C#).
- Familiarity with SQL Server, especially for tracking and messagebox DBs.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management is a plus (for hybrid integration).
- Experience in Azure Cloud integration would be an added advantage
- Automating order processing between ERP and CRM.
- Real-time or batch data synchronization between internal and external partners.
- Handling secure EDI messaging with vendors/customers.
- Creating an integration hub to standardize data exchange across business units.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams
- Experience as a Certified Scrum Master would be an advantage
