Skills Requirements

Able to do 3D design & 2D drawing of tooling equipment's for Automatic/Manual line
Able to calculate Stress, Deflection & Gripper payload
Knowledge in Pneumatics circuit design
Able to do validate design & drawings release for manufacturing
Hands on experience in Tooling Installation & commissioning skill & solve concerns in physical phase
Required CAD knowledge - ICAD,NX,CATIA,Autocad,PSR
Exposure to all Body shop process
Manufacturing Process Understanding
Robot & Human simulation skill using Process Simulate
Knowledge in GD & T and ISO standards for mechanical design
Ergonomic & Safety standard knowledge
