Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineerwith overall experience of6 to 8 yrs inPassenger CarBIW
  • In depth knowledge of PassengerCar BIW structure and Assembly
  • Joining techniques ofBIW structures
  • Concept generation of the components
  • Cost Optimization Ideas on the components and assembly.
  • In depth knowledge ofDFMandDFAof BIW components
  • Knowledge on material,FMEA,GD&T and Stack Up
  • Team centerknowledge is a must
  • Understanding the requirement of the program and managing the deliverables accordingly handling project plan and the team
  • Co-ordination with cross functional team and suppliers
  • Strong skill withNX surfacingis expected
  • Involving in design reviews and packaging reviews for solutions and quick actions
  • Aware of prototyping activities and builds
