Design, develop, and implement scalable and performant backend applications using a modern technology stack

Optimize backend systems for performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability under high loads.
Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and Utilize databases (relational or NoSQL) to efficiently store, manage, and retrieve data.
Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and user privacy.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in backend technologies and best practices.
Technical Skills
Proven experience with a modern backend programming language Python, Java, Node.js.
Experience with API design and development (RESTful or GraphQL).
Familiarity with database technologies (relational or NoSQL - e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Experience with performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, load balancing).
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, unittest, pytest).
Understanding of security best practices for backend development.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus (if applicable)
