Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to follow up on sales-qualified leads.
- Engage with doctors, hospitals, healthcare professionals to understand their equipment and surgical instrument requirements.
- Consultative selling by assisting healthcare professionals in identifying suitable products based on their clinical and operational needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, including lead qualification, product consultation, quotation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers and sourcing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualification - Biomedical engineer Or 1-3 experience in Medical Devices Sales / Service.
