Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive instructional materials for Biology focused on NEET curriculum.
- Facilitate active learning environments that encourage student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Biology and NEET examination patterns, ensuring relevant teaching methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance in NEET examinations.
- Provide individualized support and mentoring to students preparing for national-level examinations.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall academic environment and curriculum development.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Biology or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the NEET syllabus and examination structure.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably in preparation for NEET or equivalent examinations.
- Proven track record of improving student performance in competitive exams.
- Experience in curriculum design and development is an advantage.
