Biology MsC Expert (Freelance)

We are seeking a Biology expert with a strong academic background (MSc preferred) to contribute to the advancement of AI through data annotation and model refinement using RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning) techniques. What You Will Be Doing

• Annotate biology-related data to improve AI comprehension and accuracy
• Provide feedback on AI-generated responses to ensure scientific correctness and clarity
• Assist in developing problem sets and solutions for AI training purposes
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model performance in biological domains

Must-Have Traits

• Strong academic background in Biology (MSc preferred)
• Experience in biology education, research, or content creation is a plus
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation workflows is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
