Biology Masters – AI Data Trainer
About The Role
We're looking for Masters-level biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need people who think rigorously about science to help make AI smarter, more accurate, and more trustworthy in the life sciences.
This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role. No AI background required — just strong biology knowledge and the ability to reason through complex problems.

What You'll Do
- Design advanced biology questions and problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous scientific logic
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
- Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models handle complex biological concepts
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, physiology, or related specializations
- Background in academic research or scientific writing
