HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Key role: NGS data analysis
Essential Requirements: Building custom NGS analysis pipelines, proficient in R/Python, Linux, Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes
Desirable Requirements: Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics, Nanopore Analysis, pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow/Snakemake), Version and Control tools (GitHub)
