Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.
Key role: NGS data analysis
Essential Requirements: Building custom NGS analysis pipelines, proficient in R/Python, Linux, Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes
Desirable Requirements: Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics, Nanopore Analysis, pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow/Snakemake), Version and Control tools (GitHub)
