Role Description
As a Bima Sakhi with the Life Insurance Corporation of India, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying insurance needs, and selling suitable life insurance products. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, advising clients on suitable insurance plans, handling inquiries, reporting sales performance, and assisting customers with claims and documentation. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with opportunities to work remotely for some tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales, marketing, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of insurance products, including Life Insurance and Pension Plans, is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and the ability to handle online platforms
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is desirable but not mandatory
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
