Job Title: BIM Revit Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Revit Specialist with an exceptional understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow. The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of Revit and BIM, including the ability to create plans, sections, and elevations. Familiarity with family creation, nested family, system family, and adaptive family creation is essential.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Revit models and drawings including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Utilize Revit and BIM360 software to integrate telecommunications system components with building design.
- Develop and maintain view templates, documentation, and annotations within Revit.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM procedures and workflows are followed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM360.
- Experience in telecom integration with building designs.
- Hands-on experience with view templates, documentation, and annotation in Revit.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Dynamo Common Data Environment is an advantage.
- Ability to use and modify Dynamo scripts.
Work Environment
The role involves working with advanced BIM software tools such as Revit, BIM360, and others. The position requires a meticulous approach to detail and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
