Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Professional, based in Hyderabad. The BIM Professional will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed Building Information Models. Primary tasks include designing architectural, structural, and MEPF models, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration, and addressing project challenges with innovative solutions. Attention to timelines, quality standards, and effective team collaboration will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience in Architecture, Structural, and MEPF modeling
• Strong knowledge of BIM implementation, coordination, and project execution processes
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve design and model-related challenges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting project timelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in handling both domestic and international BIM projects is a plus
