LIVIO Building System is looking for a BIM Plumbing Engineer.

Required Skill Set: AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo and Microsoft Office

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical/civil engineering

Work Experience: 3-5 years in the US construction industry (Modular & Prefabricated units/buildings will we added advantage)

Work Time- Full Time: 2 PM to 11 PM (IST)

About the role:

We are looking for a Plumbing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of plumbing systems within our cold-form steel composite wall panels. This role requires close collaboration with electrical engineers and other cross functional teams to ensure that plumbing and other engineering disciplines are integrated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop plumbing systems for cold-form steel composite wall panels.
• Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure proper integration of the plumbing system.
• Perform calculations and analyses to determine plumbing system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to verify plumbing installations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Prepare documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
• Proficiency in BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks for plumbing design and clash detection.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with Revit and Dynamo will be an added advantage.

Work Time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)
