Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop engineering calculations/sketches into 3D models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Set up, manage, and coordinate BIM models and drawings across disciplines.
  • Provide technical support and mentoring on BIM authoring tools to project teams.
  • Ensure BIM execution plans and project documentation standards are followed.
  • Create discipline-specific BIM modelling content for structures.
  • Develop accurate construction drawings and extract relevant data from BIM platforms.
  • Produce detailed reinforcement drawings and structural steel drawings.
  • Review models/drawings to ensure compliance with design and project standards.
  • Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to ensure coordinated design.
  • Take ownership of models/drawings and ensure timely, quality delivery as per project programme.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural and MEP services.
  • Support preparation of presentation material using Enscape and similar tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including work on Revit Structures.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Sound understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP services.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to lead in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering.
