Job Title: BIM Modeller

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP and engineering projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure proper coordination, modeling accuracy, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models based on engineering drawings and design inputs.
• Prepare and update BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
• Create BIM layouts, sections, details, and coordinated drawings.
• Coordinate models with other disciplines and identify clashes/interferences.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and documentation as required.
• Incorporate design changes and maintain updated BIM models throughout the project.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modeling/coordination issues.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM standards, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and other BIM team members for accurate project execution.
• Maintain proper naming conventions, model organization, and documentation.
• Support the team in preparing BOQ, quantity take-offs, schedules, and model-based information when required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic understanding of MEP engineering drawings.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related engineering discipline.

Preferred

• Experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, hospital, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards such as LOD, BEP, and model coordination workflows.
• Experience working with international projects will be an advantage.
