Job description

•BIM 4D animations to communicate installation and timing scenarios to the stakeholder group

•BIM clash detection work stream on assigned projects.

•BIM review sessions for clash and timing work streams.

•Working experience with Scan to BIM.

•Work closely with process, facilities, and construction teams to ensure BIM is effectively developed to facilitate 4D planning and clash reviews.

•Work with the site installation teams to scenario plan during installation phase and help manage change.

•Supp ort site installation teams during build/installation phase.

•Working practices to support wider team in their use of BIM on the pr ojects

•Ability to analyse and assess complex issues and provide recommendations.

Skills

•Working knowledge and experience of BI M / 4D modelling

•Experience linking BIM meta data to other data platforms for further us e.

•Advanced experience on Autodesk AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, Revit, Recap to create BIM & 4D Modelling.

•Thorough Understanding and Application of Lean Tools and Techniques

•Primavera and MS Projects

•Working on Leica Register 360 and CloudWorx.Software

•Proficient in tools like Autodesk AutoCAD, Navisworks suit, Inventor, Revit, Recap
