Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models, producing construction drawings, and ensuring design coordination across project disciplines. The role involves active collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and practices
• Experience in architecture and expertise in creating detailed construction drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Revit and AutoCAD amongst other related softwares
• Familiarity with AEC industry standards and processes
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
