This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler Plumbing, located in Sanand. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for preparing and analyzing Building Information Models (BIM), specifically focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Daily tasks include creating and updating construction drawings, coordinating with architecture and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and addressing design challenges. The role involves active collaboration with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality and efficient design solutions.

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into design models.
• Experience with creating and modifying Construction Drawings.
• Understanding of architectural design principles and model coordination.
• Proficiency in relevant modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects will be an advantage.
