Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit or similar software
- Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications
- Coordinate and integrate models across different disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements
- Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate model outputs
- Follow project BIM standards and contribute to the development of BIM execution plans
- Maintain proper documentation and version control for models and drawings
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools
- Understanding of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development), and coordination practices
- Experience in one or more disciplines: Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
