About the Role
The role involves developing 3D models in Autodesk Revit for Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems, while collaborating with various project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models in Autodesk Revit for Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
- Prepare and manage views, sheets, and layouts as per project standards.
- Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
- Generate schedules, drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
- Support senior BIM engineers in model setup, updates, and revisions.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and family libraries.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development related to BIM workflows and technology.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
- BIM / Revit certification is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
- Understanding of building systems, drawings, and construction terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- 01 year of experience in Revit or BIM modelling.
- Fresh graduates with strong Revit knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Pay range and compensation package
As per industry standards for entry-level positions. Performance-based incentives available after probation.
