This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Bengaluru. The BIM Modeler will develop, manage, and update Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The role involves generating construction drawings, collaborating with project teams to ensure conformity with project specifications, and adapting models to address design and coordination requirements.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in using BIM software tools
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction drawings
• Experience in modeling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Familiarity with design and construction processes and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capability to manage complex tasks
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is a plus
