Role Description

Location: Cochin, Kerala

Type: Full-time | Office-based

What You'll Do

• Convert CAD drawings to BIM models with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and manage models up to LOD 400500 for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for model integration and clash resolution.
• Maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards.
• Ensure model quality and compliance with company and client BIM protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of BIM Modelling experience (MEP projects).
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and MEP coordination workflows.
• Eye for detail, team player, and commitment to deadlines.
