Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler Faade role based in New Delhi. The BIM Modeler will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create and manage detailed faade models, collaborate on construction drawings, and ensure accurate implementation of designs in projects. Key responsibilities include applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques to develop, analyze, and adjust facade models, integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components where needed, and supporting overall project coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced facade modeling tools and software.
• Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings specific to faade projects.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems as they relate to facade design and construction.
• Strong interest in Construction and Engineering with attention to detail and the ability to develop accurate, detailed models.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale building projects is an advantage.
• Experience : Above 3 years having proficiency up to LOD 500
