This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, ensuring detailed and accurate digital representations of construction and design projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating architectural and MEP models, producing reliable construction drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support efficient project delivery. The role also involves troubleshooting design inconsistencies and ensuring all models align with project specifications and standards.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise as a Modeler.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in producing detailed and accurate Construction Drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address design inconsistencies and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure development domain is an added advantage.
