JOB DESCRIPTION:
- BIM Modeler with around 5 - 8 years of experience in Pharma and FMCG Projects (consumer goods projects of all types)
- Preparation of Architectural Concept drawings, Detailed drawings, approval drawings, and construction drawings of Industrial Steel building
- Preparation of Architectural drawings like Master Plan, Building Floor Plan, Elevations, and sections
- Preparation of Interior drawings like reflected ceiling plans, Floor finish layout, wet area details, joinery schedule, and furniture layout
- Developing 3D building Model using Revit Architecture
- Detailing with inter discipline co-ordination to complete the design drawings
- Working experience in US code, Euro code and Indian code detailing, standards
- Well versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for RCC and steel buildings
- Working experience in detailing process/non process buildings, warehouse projects etc.,
- Expertise in AutoCAD
- Expertise in Revit Architecture
- Exposure in BIM 360 platform and knowledge 3d model co-ordination, clash check Perform quality checks
- Perform co-ordination with other inter disciplines like Civil, structural, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure works, MEP services etc., for cut-out and clash checking
- Good communication skills to co-ordinate with inter disciplines
- Willing to travel to job site when the project demands
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive and taking ownership of the project, Leading the detailing part independently with limited review from the Architects
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
Architectural Concept drawings, Detailed drawings, approval drawings, and construction drawings of Industrial Steel building.
