BIM Modeler

Acurabim Engineers is hiring MEP BIM Engineers (13 Years Experience to immediately join our growing BIM delivery team. We are looking for motivated professionals with hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing BIM modelling for building and infrastructure projects.

Position: MEP BIM Modeler

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Pune, in the office

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit MEP

Prepare coordinated MEP layouts, sections, and shop drawings as per project standards

Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural & Structural models using Navisworks

Assist in MEP system routing, equipment placement, and space coordination

Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantities from BIM models

Support BIM Coordinators in model updates, issue resolution, and design coordination meetings

Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements

Precise in MEP Family Creation for LOD 400

Required Skills:

Proficiency in: Revit MEP

Basic to intermediate knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems

Working knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection

Understanding of BIM workflows, LODs, and construction documentation

Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline

Exposure to international projects is an added advantage

Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, project BIM execution plans) is a plus
