BIM Manager

Qualification:

• Provide guidance and support to the team on implementing CAD & BIM concepts, including point cloud projects.
• Offer expert technical guidance on advanced AutoCAD and Revit MEP concepts to ensure effective project execution.
• Familiarity with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards, with experience working on projects that adhere to these standards.
• Proficient in creating and modifying Revit Families, with strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks, to support effective design and collaboration.

Role:

• Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Salem, Remote.
• Work Mode: WFH & WFO.
• Proposed Designation: BIM Manager.
• Education Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) (Diploma candidates will not be preferred).

• Provide guidance and support to the team on implementing CAD & BIM concepts, including point cloud projects, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Offer expert technical guidance on advanced AutoCAD and Revit MEP concepts to ensure effective project execution and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure familiarity with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards, applying knowledge to projects and providing guidance to team members as needed.
• Develop, modify, and maintain Revit Families, leveraging strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, and Navisworks to support effective design, collaboration, and project coordination.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on CAD, BIM, and related software.
• Participate in quality assurance and control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
