Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across large-scale architectural and multidisciplinary projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a collaborative mindset to ensure high-quality, coordinated, and efficient BIM deliverables aligned with project and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM workflows, standards, and protocols across projects.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration and clash-free deliverables.
- Oversee the production of accurate, high-quality, and error-free BIM models and construction documentation.
- Conduct model audits, clash detection, and coordination reviews using tools such as Navisworks.
- Support project teams in translating design intent into coordinated BIM outputs while maintaining technical accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Mentor, guide, and support BIM teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate closely with design managers, project managers, consultants, and clients to align BIM deliverables with project objectives and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture with strong knowledge of building construction and architectural detailing.
- Minimum 815 years of hands-on experience in BIM, preferably within large consultancy or multidisciplinary project environments.
- Proven experience managing BIM for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT for architectural BIM modeling and coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for architectural documentation.
- Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model review.
- Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and building services drawings and their integration within a BIM environment.
