BIM Manager

Job Title: Technical Manager – BIM/CAD (Water & Infrastructure)

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager with a strong BIM background to lead and develop BIM/CAD teams delivering water and infrastructure projects for international programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop BIM/CAD teams for water and infrastructure projects
• Oversee end-to-end BIM/CAD delivery using Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Ensure technical quality, clash resolution, and ISO 19650 compliance
• Support delivery of drawings and reports aligned to scope, budget, and standards

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in the Water domain (mandatory)
• Hands-on expertise in Civil 3D for:
• WTP / STP
• Highways & roads
• Pavements and drainage systems
• Experience handling international infrastructure projects
• BIM background with exposure to tools such as Revit, Grasshopper, SketchUp
• Ability to guide teams while remaining technically involved when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure BIM/CAD
• Strong people management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Effective communication in a global delivery environment
