Job Profile:

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM strategy, standards, and delivery across infrastructure and building projects. This is a leadership role where you'll work closely with design, engineering, and management teams to elevate BIM maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM delivery.

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BEPs.

• Oversee model quality, coordination, and clash detection across disciplines.

• Mentor and manage a team of BIM engineers and coordinators.

• Act as the BIM point of contact for internal stakeholders and global clients.

• Drive process optimization and adoption of BIM best practices aligned with international standards.

Required Expertise

• 10+ years of hands-on BIM experience, with strong exposure to civil & structural domains.

• Proven expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.

• Strong understanding of BIM execution, coordination, and information management.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling BIM teams.

• Ability to set up BIM frameworks from scratch and drive organizational change.

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working: 1st & 3rd Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
