Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design flair and solid proficiency in architectural software, including SketchUp, CAD, and Revit. Experience in industrial projects is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts in close coordination with Senior Architects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Prepare client presentation materials and effectively communicate architectural concepts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create schematic-level designs and detailed plans.
- Develop and maintain key project documents such as Material Pallets, Finishing Schedules, Room Books, Sanitary Fixtures Schedules, CP Fittings Schedules, and Door/Window Schedules.
- Prepare tender drawings and specifications, including architectural finishes and construction details.
- Conduct site visits during the execution phase to monitor progress and provide clarifications to contractors on design and construction issues.
- Adhere to regional building codes and ensure compliance in all design work.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch. / M. Arch.).
- 9-10 years of relevant architectural experience, with a preference for experience in industrial projects.
- Proficient in SketchUp, CAD, and Revit. Knowledge of additional graphic software is a plus.
- Strong design sense and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of regional building codes.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Preferred:
- Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
