BIM Manager

We are hiring experienced BIM professionals for high-rise residential and commercial building projects. This opportunity is suited for individuals who bring a strong mix of design understanding, BIM execution, and multidisciplinary project experience.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving BIM-based project delivery across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role requires hands-on involvement in modelling, design development, and execution, along with the ability to ensure high-quality, coordinated outputs.

This is not a coordination-only role candidates are expected to actively contribute to design and modelling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit

Translate design intent into accurate models and construction drawings

Ensure high-quality, clash-free deliverables across project stages

Work closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams

Contribute to design development, detailing, and problem-solving

Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and documentation quality

Support team delivery and ensure timelines and output standards are met

Critical Requirements

612+ years of relevant experience in BIM / design roles

Experience in high-rise residential and commercial / mixed-use buildings

Strong working knowledge of US building codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE or similar)

Hands-on experience in Revit modelling and documentation (mandatory)

Exposure to multidisciplinary projects (Architecture + Structure + MEPF)

Ability to contribute to design, not just coordination or reporting

Experience in tools like Navisworks for clash detection and coordination

Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram

Important Note

US project experience is preferred, but code familiarity is mandatory

Candidates from pure infrastructure, oil & gas, or site execution backgrounds will not be considered

Profiles focused only on coordination / clash detection without design involvement will not be suitable
