Role: BIM Manager – Digital Delivery (Building Projects)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a BIM Manager with strong experience in digital delivery of multidisciplinary building projects. The role involves leading BIM execution across architecture, structure, and MEPF disciplines, ensuring high-quality coordinated model delivery and drawing outputs.

This role is suited for professionals currently working with design consultancies and managing BIM delivery for large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead BIM delivery across architecture, structure, and MEPF disciplines

* Own end-to-end BIM execution, from model setup to coordinated drawing submissions

* Manage clash detection, coordination workflows, and issue resolution

* Ensure timely delivery of construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM outputs

* Define and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and QA/QC processes

* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders for integrated delivery

* Manage and mentor BIM teams across multiple disciplines

* Drive consistency across models, data, and documentation

Must-Have Experience

* 12+ years of BIM experience with minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role

* Strong experience working with design consultancies (mandatory)

* Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects

* Hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary BIM (Arch + Structure + MEPF)

* Experience in coordinated drawing delivery and submission cycles

* Strong proficiency in:

* Revit

* Navisworks

* AutoCAD

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

* Experience with BIM 360 / ACC

* Exposure to Dynamo or BIM automation

* Experience working on international projects
