BIM Manager

Job Summary

AJ Capstone is urgently seeking an experienced MEP BIM Manager with strong Middle East project exposure to lead and manage BIM implementation on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on technical expertise, leadership capability, and experience working with international BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and manage MEP BIM teams across multiple projects

*Develop, implement, and monitor BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and workflows

*Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and clients

*Manage clash detection, coordination meetings, and model reviews

*Ensure compliance with Middle East BIM standards and project-specific requirements

*Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and quality control

*Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to BIM engineers and modelers

Required Skills & Experience

*Proven experience in the role of MEP BIM Manager

*Mandatory: Strong experience handling Middle East projects

*Expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

*In-depth knowledge of international BIM standards and workflows

*Strong team management and client coordination experience

*Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Opportunity: MEP BIM Manager

Experience Requirement-8 to 15 years of overall MEP BIM experience

3 to 5 years in a BIM Manager or BIM Lead role
